Zero Tolerance Statement: Kwd Offer maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of fraud. Affiliates and Publishers found engaging in fraudulent activities will face immediate account termination, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and potential legal action.
At Kwd Offer, we are committed to providing our Advertisers with the highest quality, transparent, and brand-safe traffic. This Anti-Fraud Policy dictates the rules and regulations all Publishers must adhere to. By joining our network, you explicitly agree to these terms.
1. Definition of Fraudulent Activity
Fraud is defined as any action taken by a Publisher, Affiliate, or Sub-Affiliate intended to artificially inflate impressions, clicks, leads, installs, or any other payable metric. Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:
- Bot Traffic & Automation: The use of bots, automated scripts, emulators, or click-farms to generate clicks, impressions, or conversions.
- Cookie Stuffing: Dropping tracking cookies on a user's device without their explicit knowledge and intentional click on an advertisement.
- Incentivized Traffic: Offering users rewards (cash, points, virtual currency, or content unlocks) in exchange for completing an action, unless the specific campaign explicitly permits incentivized traffic.
- Fake Information: Submitting leads or registrations using stolen, fabricated, or non-consensual user data.
- Proxy & VPN Abuse: Masking, spoofing, or altering IP addresses to bypass geographic restrictions or hide the true source of traffic.
- Adware & Malware: Distributing Kwd Offer links via unauthorized toolbars, spyware, malware, or browser hijacking extensions.
- Brand Bidding violations: Bidding on trademarked brand names in search engines (PPC) when expressly forbidden by the campaign’s restrictions.
- Misleading Creatives: Using deceptive creatives, fake system alerts, or false promises to trick users into clicking an ad.
2. Detection and Monitoring
Kwd Offer employs a multi-layered approach to protect our ecosystem from fraud:
- Proprietary Algorithms: Our tracking platform actively monitors traffic patterns, Click-to-Install (CTI) times, conversion rates, and IP quality in real-time.
- Third-Party Integrations: We integrate with industry-leading Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and anti-fraud tools (such as AppsFlyer Protect360, Adjust Protect) to analyze deep-funnel anomalies.
- Manual Audits: Our Campaign Operations team conducts routine manual audits on Publisher traffic sources and placement quality.
- Advertiser Feedback: We work closely with our Advertisers to review user retention, LTV (Life Time Value), and post-install event data to identify low-quality or fraudulent sources.
3. Consequences of Fraud
If Kwd Offer determines, at its sole discretion, that a Publisher has engaged in fraudulent activity, we will take the following actions:
- Immediate Suspension: The Publisher's account will be instantly suspended pending an investigation.
- Forfeiture of Earnings: All unpaid commissions, including those generated from legitimate traffic, will be forfeited and completely voided to compensate the affected Advertisers.
- Advertiser Refunds: Kwd Offer will charge back or refund the respective Advertisers for the fraudulent conversions.
- Network Ban: The Publisher, their company, and associated individuals will be permanently banned from the Kwd Offer network.
4. Dispute Process
If a Publisher believes their account was suspended for fraud in error, they have the right to appeal within seven (7) calendar days of the suspension notice. To file an appeal, the Publisher must provide:
- Detailed logs of the traffic source (referring URLs, ad placements).
- Proof of media buying (e.g., screenshots from DSPs, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Creative assets used to generate the traffic.
Kwd Offer will review the provided evidence alongside the Advertiser. The final decision made by Kwd Offer and the Advertiser will be absolute and binding. If no appeal is filed within 7 days, the decision becomes final and all funds are permanently forfeited.
5. Sub-Affiliate Responsibility
If you operate as a sub-network or utilize sub-affiliates, you are held 100% liable for the traffic they generate. If a sub-affiliate commits fraud, your Kwd Offer account will be penalized, and your overall earnings may be withheld. You must proactively monitor your sub-sources and immediately block any source exhibiting suspicious behavior.
6. Contact & Reporting
If you are an Advertiser suspecting fraudulent activity on your campaign, or a Publisher who wishes to clarify approved promotional methods, please contact our compliance team immediately:
