A. From Business Partners (Advertisers & Publishers)

If you register for an account on our network, we may collect the following B2B information:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, Skype/WhatsApp ID, and physical address.
  • Business Information: Company name, website URL, tax identification numbers, and payment/billing details (e.g., bank account details, PayPal).
  • Account Data: Usernames, passwords, and panel activity logs.

B. From End Users (Tracking & Attribution Data)

We provide marketing infrastructure that helps Advertisers track the performance of their campaigns run by Publishers. When an End User clicks on an ad or affiliate link powered by Kwd Offer, we automatically collect non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII) necessary for attribution, including:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, user agent, and screen resolution.
  • Advertising IDs: Mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Google AAID).
  • Network Data: IP address, mobile carrier, and coarse geographic location (derived from IP).
  • Interaction Data: Timestamps of clicks, app installs, registrations, and in-app events (postbacks) provided by the Advertiser.

Note: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card information from End Users interacting with our tracking links.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To track, attribute, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns (e.g., tracking an app install back to a specific publisher click).
  • Billing and Payments: To calculate payouts for Publishers and invoices for Advertisers based on campaign performance.
  • Fraud Prevention: To monitor, detect, and prevent fraudulent activities, invalid clicks, and bot traffic using our proprietary fraud-filtering technology.
  • Communication: To send administrative notices, account updates, and promotional materials (only to our Business Partners).
  • Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our network terms of service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information under the following circumstances:

  • With Advertisers and Publishers: We share aggregated and specific tracking data (e.g., Click IDs, Device IDs, conversion timestamps) with relevant business partners for campaign verification and billing.
  • With Service Providers: We employ third-party companies to facilitate our services, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and anti-fraud software providers.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, including the Data Protection laws applicable in India.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as a business asset.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website and tracking links use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and server-to-server tracking (postbacks) to function properly:

  • Affiliate Tracking Cookies: Placed on an End User's browser to map a conversion to a specific Publisher.
  • Session Cookies: Used to keep Business Partners logged into the Kwd Offer dashboard.
  • Analytics Cookies: Used on our corporate website to understand visitor behavior and improve our UIX.

End Users can disable cookies through their browser settings, though this may impact the tracking functionality of affiliate offers.

5. Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Tracking data (click and conversion logs) is typically retained for a period of up to 12 months for billing and auditing purposes, after which it is aggregated or permanently deleted. Business Partner data is retained as long as the account is active or as required by financial regulations.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request that we update or correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.
  • Opt-Out of Targeted Tracking: End Users can limit ad tracking via their mobile device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

To exercise these rights, Business Partners can manage data inside their Kwd Offer dashboard or contact us directly.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are strictly for B2B partners and general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.
